|There is nothing like the smell of pumpkin pie to |
get you in the holiday mood.
|Just add 2/3 cup of evaporated milk and two large eggs |
to the pumkin and mix well.
Pour into two regular pie crusts (or one deep dish).
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then reduce to 350
for about an hour.
Let cool, then enjoy.
(With whipped cream, of course!)
