Easy Pumpkin Pie

There is nothing like the smell of pumpkin pie to
get you in the holiday mood.
Just add 2/3 cup of evaporated milk and two large eggs
to the pumkin and mix well.

Pour into two regular pie crusts (or one deep dish).
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then reduce to 350
for about an hour.
Let cool, then enjoy.
(With whipped cream, of course!)

Stay warm and cozy this fall weekend.

Yum! I woke up this morning thinking about how I'm going to decorate the two pumpkin pies I'm making for our family this year! :) One is going to be a lattice design and one is going to be leaf cutouts decorating a top crust. I'm excited---I've always just bought frozen! :)

Thanks so much for joining my Homemaking Link-Up Weekend! Hope to see you back this weekend!
